Our Story

Born From a Love of Honest, Flavourful Food

Malai Chaap Corner started with a simple idea: give Gaya a pure-veg quick-service spot where the chaap tastes as good as it looks on the signboard. Near APR City Center Mall, our little corner has grown into a favourite stop for students grabbing a quick bite, families out for the evening, office workers on a lunch break, and tourists passing through on their way to Bodh Gaya.

Every skewer is marinated in-house, grilled fresh to order, and served with the same care whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth. We believe great taste, fair prices and quick service don't have to be a trade-off — that's the promise behind every plate we serve.

Our Mission

To serve fresh, hygienic, 100% vegetarian food at honest prices — fast enough for a quick bite, good enough to make you come back. We aim to be Gaya's most trusted name in tandoori chaap and quick-service dining.

Our Vision

To grow Malai Chaap Corner into Bihar's most loved pure-veg QSR brand — known not just for our food, but for the warmth and consistency of every single visit, one corner at a time.
